Westpole Sports Limited trading as WESTPOLE TEAMWEAR LTD. started its journey in 2012 with experience in designing and manufacturing Gymnastics & Dancewear. The company has been supplying demands in the market to different brands under their names.
After observing throughout its tenure, the company realized the less access of the manufactured clothing to people due to High Prices and decided to come directly to confront the customer’s needs, so here we are to service the Bespoke Teamwear category within the UK.
We offer a large variety of fabrics suitable for specific sports. We are experts in designing and manufacturing sublimated Dance and gymnastics wear and offer cut and sew options with additional embellishments including embroidery, screenprint, transfer print, and glitter prints.

Westpole Teamwear specializes in designing and creating innovative and distinctive customized sportswear. We design and manufacture premium quality custom-made products, including tracksuits, hoodies, t-shirts, polo shirts, and many more.
We allow your school, club, or sports team uniform to be customized however you choose by providing a personalized touch on your clothing item to make it attractive, affordable, and comfortable for both your participants and spectators.
We Have no minimum order limit and so can supply additional garments whenever you need them. We have our own in-house printing facilities, enabling us to offer a completely flexible service.

Westpole Sports Limited is located in Glasgow, Scotland but we supply worldwide.
Please send your logo, preferred colour options and any other text you would like on your garments. Our design team will draw up a range of designs for you or you can send us a sketch. Once design is confirmed all we need is a list of sizes, your address and phone number.. We then send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order including final graphics for approval.
There is no minimum order quantity on any of our bespoke items. However orders less than 10 pieces will be considered as a sample and can be little costlier than the bulk price.
Q: Can we order a ‘Top Up’ order of 2-3 products ?
Yes you can order any amount of products to Top Up your order. However additional freight charges may apply.
We have a comprehensive size guide that allows you to match your measurements to our set sizes. We also send sizing set which you can try on to check what size fits you well after confirmation of the order and payment.
Our sizes are: Age 3-4, Age 5-6, Age 7-8, Age 9-10, Age 11-13, Small, Medium Large, XL and XXL.
We supply only set sizes in all garments. However we can supply shorter or longer length leggings or shorter or longer length sleeves on Tracksuit Tops.
Yes you can get your item personalized with your name without any extra cost.
Age 3-4 up to 11-13 are charged at one price, size (XS) and over are charged at a seperate price with a minor price increase. Please speak to your sales contact who can advise you further on this.
Yes a sample piece can be made initially so that you can see the colours, quality, design and fabric.
An initial design takes from 3 to 5 workings days. Once design is approved and sizes are provided, a final confirmation is required. From the date of this final confirmation delivery time is 3 weeks.
If you contact our sales team and inform us of the date you need the garments for. We will then check and see if its achievable.
Westpole Sports require 50% deposit on receipt of final confirmation. The remaining 50% is due to be paid 2 weeks before your final delivery date. Specific dates for both payments will be stated on the terms section of your invoice. All orders under 1,000 require full payment upfront, at the time order is placed. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
We offer a 100 % satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that the product is not to the correct specifications, it is our policy to resolve this immediately, and if required we will not hesitate to issue replacement products.
We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal or cheque.
Once your final confirmation has been approved your order is then placed into production, at this stage it is too late to change or add to your order. However, there is still a possibility to add anything required. Please check with your sales contact if your order is in the production stage to check the possibility.
The customer assumes full responsibility once the proof is approved. Colors will be printed as close to the proof as possible. Graphics will be sized accordingly to industry standard. The proof represents a digital version of your artwork. A digital proof is an on-screen representation of your artwork files not the actual printed garment. It is intended for viewing purposes only. Print colors may change 3-5% depending on the color setting of your monitor as well as the type of fabric being printed.
